| Susan has lived in Northern Colorado for 15 years and is excited to be living her dream of working in real estate. She is skilled in working with Sellers, Buyers and first-time home buyers. She particularly enjoys being in a business based on relationships and high level service that optimizes her decades of experience in negotiating, building bonds and creating solutions. Prior to beginning a career in real estate she handled the programming and public relations for the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts for 9 years. Her position required negotiating with national agents to bring top music, comedy and Broadway acts to Northern Colorado. Earlier in her career, Susan was the first female national spokesperson for the Boy Scouts of America. |

| Susan grew up in the Chicago suburbs and went to college at the University of Iowa. She has 3 boys – 14 year old twins and an 18 year old. They keep her very busy exploring Colorado! She also has been a hunter/jumper horseback riding instructor for almost 25 years and still teaches and trains today. |
